SWIM COACHING FROM 8TH APRIL 2010...TO SEPTEMBER!

Swim training is back at the Goodwin Sports Centre, the first date is Thursday April 8th 2010, aim to be in the pool by 8pm.
Matt and Jon are coaching all levels and will guide you through a 1hr session covering technique and drills, building strength and stamina that will enable you to become an efficient swimmer whatever your level.
Definitely worth attending if you would like to make improvements. The price is £5 and the pool is part of the University complex just off Northumberland Road, Sheff 10.
Please contact Matt Norris or Jon Middlebrook for concise directions and parking, which is FREE and opposite the pool complex in car park B.
