Hi bikers

I've persuaded John Jones to give his running shoes a rest and clip-in for a ride Saturday morning. Will be riding at a leisurely pace as its Johns first Road ride of the year and I want to save a bit in the tank for Robs mountain bike ride on the Sunday. Anyone welcome to join us, here are the details:

Meeting 9am, Crosspool Tavern Pub, Manchester Road, Sheffield S10 5DT

Basic route: (a few hills, but nothing too naughty, will take a couple of hours)

Rivelin Valley > Loxley > High Bradfield > Bradfield Moor > Strines > Riggs Road return (nice!)

Cheers

Rich

Cheers Rich.
This sounds just the ticket.
Matt & Stevey P will see the rest of the team at millhouses park 11am,
for interval run training. see posting.

Please keep supporting the MTBs as they are an excellent endurance workouts - not just in winter but throughout the season.
Remember, easy-easy on the hills and burn that fat!!
