with a real vibe of new members recent sessions have exploded!!
Wow..and a big tnx from the coaching team.
Join us this saturday (13-March 2010) for a interval session suitable for all.
Meeting at 11am prompt at GRAVES PARK - Car Park at the end of Charles Ashmore Road, off meadowhead near the golf and tennis facilities.
Subs £2...
duration one hour includes plenty of recovery stuff too.
